Doug Guetzloe says he's getting back in the game. The Ax The Tax head plans to help Harris Rosen with his petition drive to overturn the venues, and he'll head up his own petition in the City of Orlando.

Guetzloe says his petition has already been approved by the City Clerk's office.

"That would limit any project to voter approval, over $25 Million. This would also include, according to our attorney's interpretation, commuter rail."

He'll push to get 11,000 signatures to get that petition on the ballot, plus the more than 50,000 that will be needed for Harris Rosen to get his on the ballot in Orange County.
